Amazing eye sight
It’s Christmas Eve, and we just returned from a walk. We asked Oliver what he wanted for dinner, settling on fish sticks (instead of chicken nuggets, lasagna, or little smokies).
We told Oliver, he also needed to pick a vegetable: either spinach or carrots. Oliver didn’t seem happy about either, so he said surprise me.
I suggested carrots with ranch, and Kate reminded him that carrots are good for the eyes.
Without giving it a second of thought, Oliver said, “oh, yeah! I want to see real far. I want to see all the way around the whole world…then I would see my own back!” Then with a quick chuckle to himself, he reached behind him to touch his back as he walked out of the room.
